What to contact us about
- Corrections (top priority). If a compatibility fact, spec or setting on any page is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong. We treat these as urgent because a wrong compatibility answer can cost you money. Fixes are made fast and noted with a dated update, as set out in our editorial policy.
- Suggestions. A device, printer, model or material you want covered. The most-requested gaps shape what we test next.
- Partnership enquiries. Retailers and affiliate programmes are welcome to get in touch. Note that partnerships never buy coverage or influence recommendations: see our affiliate disclosure.
- Anything else. Privacy questions (see the privacy policy), press, or general feedback.
How quickly we reply
Honestly: we are a small team, so expect a reply within a few working days rather than hours. Corrections jump the queue.
